An appeal for Justice
The applicant holds Hindu religion and was employed with a Christian school at Palia Kalan, Distt. – Kheri U.P. India , with the capacity of Science Teacher; where he was forced to convert to Christianity on the year 1996 and on refusal to do so his services was unlawfully terminated from the school and the applicant was not given any opportunity of fair procedure and hearing. The FIR of the same is registered at the police Station.
That the complaint was submitted before the National Human Rights Commission as case No. 7922/24/98-99 on which the commission expected the appropriate action by the Govt. of U.P. but nothing was done as on date that the same complaint is pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad, Lko bench as the writ petition No. 4479 of 1996, S.S. bench, where the applicant has not received any relief even after submission of a considerable number of applications praying for interim relief, because the said writ petition could not be listed due to unknown reasons.
That the applicant is a genuine sufferer and had been trying to obtain justice since then and the applicant is on the verge of starvation and the saying goes that the justice delayed is the justice denied.
That the applicant is in the real need of help and even being a Hindu citizen of India, a secular democratic country, where the applicant has not received any help from anybody.
Therefore this request is with a humble prayer that the Hon’ble sir may kindly be pleased to render some moral, financial or any type of help to the applicant. The applicant shall be obliged to receive the favor of reply at sanjaytiwariplk@yahoo.com
Waiting for reply
